I posted this on an old blog of mine about a year ago. Thought that this is interesting to let you see how I fry 'goreng pisang'.
Banana fritters (goreng pisang).
I love to make snacks for my children. Here is my little secret of making banana fritters.
Ingredients:
1. 15 bananas peeled bananas. slit till 3/4 length.
2. 150 gm of flour
3. 1/2 spoon of corn flour
4. A pinch of salt
Add water into flour, corn flour and stir till dripping thick.
Heat up half a pot of cooking oil.
Dip the peeled into the flour mixture and put it into heated oil and fry it for about 2 minutes till golden brown.
Pick the fried bananas up and drain.
Serve hot. Yummy!

I love Mr Tan?
I enjoyed this part of the Amazing Race very much.
You gotta watch this video (41 sec long only) to get what I mean.
This is the first time I got a group of passionate young people to express their feeling so freely and readily. I really appreciate it!

hApPy fAthEr's DaY!
Happy? Of course! Today is father's day what! I got this card from Jolene this morning. She made this special card in her Sunday School at our church.
We will also celebrate Daniel's birthday at Macs this afternoon.
Later in the evening, going to attend Mr Oh's wedding dinner! What a day of triple celebrations! The more the merrier, agree?
Daniel, James and I were at Cairnhill CC last evening. Guess what? We were will WRS basketball team again. This time they took part in the open tournament organised by the CC. And the interesting part is that we are the only student team!
So they are going to compete with players who are at the age of their fathers! Heh heh! Nevertheless, our players demonstrated their resilience against the 'adults' opponent. They have had a good 'fight' against them. Jiayou! fu lian!
Supper/dinner with the coach after the match.
