OBS is a course you must go. Usually Sec 3 student will have a chance to

attend this course. There are different types of OBS courses to cater for 

different types of participants. So, I will not tell you what we did there, 

just to keep you in suspense! 

Definitely, it is challenging, however, you will learn a lot.

I recommend all secondary school students to attend.

Daniel was the most excited person to join in

Hey! A group of NIE teacher were at Dunman High School last Saturday having fun organizing a food and games carnival.

My team was in charge of a food stall. We created a theme for our stall called Akatsuki-licious! So see me in Akatsuki Ninja costume.

One of the ICT tools that I like to use is the CMap.

Thinking of Christmas in October

Use of separating funnel

There is not direct answer to your question. 
The separating funnel works for mixture of liquids that do not mix together and have different densities.

Based on this principle,  you can separate any two or more liquids provided they do not mix together.
One example already given by you, water and oil.

Can you think of any other liquids that do not mix together?
Can thinner and water mix together?

yesterday took part in NIE charity run to raise fund for Children Society

I took part in the Fun Run and ran 2.4km

not bad huh! I was the first few to complete larh...

anyway Fun Run is non competitive one

then my GESL team member took part in the Relay...

they did not win

you know the teams from secondary school like RI, River Valley etc

are very 'garang'. they qiong from the begining one

RI won the 2,4 km relay in the end

this morning played with Jolene, Reyna and Daniel at the open gym

haha.. I can do cartwheel!

While we were in Batu Pahat, we ate and play.

Ride Motorbike at Batu Pahat part II

Here is our more exciting motorbike ride. We were nearly hit by a car on the way back. Fortunately, I 'elak' fast enough! Scary man! But this part was not in the video.

We also ate lots of durian there. On Sat afternoon, I ate till no neat to eat dinner. On Sunday, another round. This time a bit moderate larh. Show you the video next time. Now go and watch my motorbike ride.
