sold my house, bought another

just sold my current 4-room house opposite 888 plaza for $328,000.

I am going to move my new place - an EA near Woodlands Primary

sometime in dec of jan next year.

I heard the process of selling and buying takes a few months.

well, may be cannot hold Christmas party at the new place.

I will get you to come to my house during Chinese New Year then
